Harry Potter follows the boy wizard through his adventures as he fights the evil Lord Voldemort, right? But, have you ever wondered, what are all the other wizards doing? I mean, if you think about it, there really isn't a whole lot to do in the Wizarding World.
There aren't any televisions. You can't call a friend, cause there's no telephone. And not EVERYONE likes Quidditch. I guess, you could go shopping in Diagon Alley, but that's got to get boring after a while too, right? So what do wizards do to entertain themselves?
Guess there's not a lot to do, other than play with your wands... DFTBA!

Well Luna's mom was into inventing stuff. Honestly I think that world would be kind of liberating. You still have music, so I would go see the Weird Sisters in concert all the time. I would go hang out with my friends since I don't really like talking on the phone anyways. I would ride my broom alot, and I would probably be into creating new spells, messing with potions and just making the world and over all more fun place to live! Like I try to do now only I would have a wand to play with lol!
ReplyDeleteAt first - two hundred years ago or something, we didn't had television, Internet or phone and people still had fun stuff to do.
ReplyDeleteYou can write, shop, go to dance parties and gigs, knit, create stuff, play music, read, cook, play outside, be ''scientific'' about spells and potions (I guess there IS something like a scientific world in the wizarding world, so...), go into politics, organize events...
And I always found it hard to imagine that Quidditch is the only sport they play, so I think there are more sports.
